Nowdays , the uses of internet is really needed because the people nowdays have a lot of activities that should do in the same time. the uses of internet banking is one way to fullfil their needed , because with just stuff we can do a lot of things.This demand comes from customers who want fast service, available
any time (24 hours / day, 7 days / week), comfortable, and inexpensive. It can provided by the Internet Banking service. But behind the simplicity and The security aspects of comfort there.

there are advantages of uses internet banking :

• internet have wide range entire world

• easy to use because we just use one stuff that can do anything

• help the people to solve the problem quickly

• very fast to send data,information 

• Various features of service, to perform various banking transactions such as: Pay bills PLN, Telephone House, Mobile, refill pulse, transfers between accounts, Inter Bank Transfer, Purchase Airline Tickets, etc.

but the costumer sometimes didn't use the internet banking maximally because they afraid of cyber crime.There are security measures that can be used to increase the level of security and at the same time increase the trust of costumer .

i will give you example of security certificate in Bank BCA if we want do internet banking from PC :

1. OPEN WWW.BCA.CO.ID and see the red circle , it was a button if you want do transaction with internet banking

2. after you click , it will be appear a form that you should fill up a form about the user and your PIN

you shouldn't worried that your PIN will be known with other because there was a security certificate (look the red circle) . Bank BCA use CYBER TRUST for the security. 3. to check that the secuirty is valid or fake you can click it . if it really the security , they will show the description of security seal.

 if the picture of the security cannot be clicked , maybe it was a fake security certificate.
